Hey, I’m Ashik, a Strategic Product Designer who didn’t start in design… but was always heading here.
I began as an animator, shifted into sales (where I learned to sell through empathy), and eventually found myself analyzing data to guide decisions through logic. Weird journey, right? But honestly, it all adds up—trust me.
Sales taught me how to sell ideas. Support taught me empathy. Analysis strengthened my logic. Design is where all of these meet.
Today, I lead a talented team at Convin AI, designing scalable, AI-first products like Auto QA Rule Engine, AI Coaching, and more. I collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams—solving problems that genuinely improve lives.
Outside of work? I’ve mentored 200+ design students, shot videos escaping zombies (long story!), and occasionally explain plot holes in Netflix series to friends who didn’t ask.
Over everything, I believe in doing what you love—especially if it helps people. And if that sounds cheesy, it’s because it probably is. But hey, cheesy works.
